Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

  • Items must be unopened and unused in their original packaging
  • Items must be in the same condition as received
  • Proof of purchase is required
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item

Exchanges

We accept exchanges within 7 days of delivery for the following reasons:

  • Item arrived damaged or defective
  • Wrong item was received

To request an exchange, please contact us with your order number and photos of the damaged or incorrect item.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Opened or used fragrances
  • Items without original packaging
  • Gift-with-purchase items
  • Final sale or clearance items
