• Processing Time: Please allow up to 3 business days for us to process your order. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.
• Shipping: Once your order has been shipped, it is the carrier’s responsibility to ensure your package arrives safely. Please refer to the carrier’s tracking information for updates on your shipment.
• Incorrect Shipping Information: It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address is accurate at checkout. If the address provided is incorrect, we cannot be held responsible for lost or undeliverable packages.
• Exclusions: Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
